Complaints and Claims
As a user of the certification, you have the possibility to file a Complaint or Claim with the Technical and Administrative Secretariat of Florverde (COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS PROCEDURE) by following the steps described below:

According to the Florverde Sustainable Flowers General Certification Regulations v8.0, Annex 2, Section 1, Subsection b, “Audits may be performed by internal or external company personnel, provided they comply with the established qualification requirements. In the case of internal audits performed by external auditors, they must comply with the principles of independence and impartiality established in ISO 19011:2018. In addition, they shall be subject to validation and official approval by Florverde Sustainable Flowers, based on its technical judgment and auditor’s competence assessment, suitability and experience. Florverde reserves the right to approve or reject external auditors for internal audits, ensuring compliance with the requirements established in the General Certification Regulations.”
To request this approval, the company must complete the Competence Validation Form, in accordance with the provisions established in the Competence Validation Procedure. The company must submit to the email address coordinador@florverde.org the documentation demonstrating compliance with the competencies defined in Table 5 of the General Regulation v8.0. This information will be evaluated by the Technical and Administrative Secretariat of Florverde
Florverde Sustainable Flowers reserves the right to approve or reject the application based on the evidence provided. A response will be issued within a maximum of sixty (60) business days following receipt of the complete documentation.
